  • The façades will be done using an ETICS (external thermal insulation composite system) building envelope solution: mineral-wool thermal and acoustic insulation installed in the core of the external metal frame.
  • Eighty per cent of the façade components will have environmental product declarations (EPDs) for BREEAM compliance.
