FACADES
- The façades will be done using an ETICS (external thermal insulation composite system) building envelope solution: mineral-wool thermal and acoustic insulation installed in the core of the external metal frame.
- Eighty per cent of the façade components will have environmental product declarations (EPDs) for BREEAM compliance.
FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE
- Foundation based on diaphragm and retaining walls and reinforced concrete footings.

- Non-slip ceramic paving tiles for the duplex terraces.
- Non-slip ceramic paving tiles for the first- and second-floor flat balconies cut according to the layout in the plans.

- MONPARKET natural parquet flooring, with a fine finish in rustic oak, in all rooms of the home except the bathrooms, laundry room and sink area in the kitchen.
