The Plaça d’Octavià development consists of six flats, three on the first floor and three on the second floor with lofts.
The flats have been divided into three types, depending on the direction they face: the OCTAVIÀ flats overlook Plaça d’Octavià, the MONESTIR flats have views of the monastery, and the AUGUSTA flats look out onto Plaça Augusta.
